And so we begin the 4th quarter of 2009. Wow! Where has it all gone? Smart Business Products is excited to begin this new quarter with a new look--and a new name--for our newsletter. As we have grown our information network over the past year, we hope we are addressing the changes of our economic climate in Columbia and provided information on office solutions for our clients. Taxing Thought...
We know you think of us for pens and toner, and we hope you are working with us on Kleenex and snacks, but did you realize Smart Business offers a full line of tax forms that meet current IRS Standards?
You can output top quality W-2's, 1099's, W-3's and 1096's on a laser printer using fomatted forms by TOPS. They are made from a special 20lb bond paper that will print smoothly without jammint.
All TOPS Tax form envelopes are 24 lb white wove paper, tinted for 100% security and are double-windowed.
W-2's are used by employers to report employee wages, tips, Federal Income Tax and Social Security Tax withheld to the Federal Government. We have four different forms available:
1. Continuous, for use in most pin-fed printers or typewriters.
2. Laser, for use with laser printer in 4,6 or 8 part kits, W-3 transmittal also available in laser.
3. Mailer completes the employer and employee parts plus the mailing envelope in one fast, easy computer run.
4. Tax Twin requires one computer run to complete the employee set and a second computer run to complete the employer set for computers that do not accommodate two-wide forms and do not strike with enough pressure to print thicker forms legibly.
1099's are used to report information regarding funds from a wide variety of transactions. We offer the 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV and the 1099-R forms.
As an added bonus, all W-2 Mini Packs include one FREE and all W-2 Bulk Packs include ten FREE Transmittal Forms. All 1099 Mini packs include one FREE and all 1099 Bulk Packs include ten FREE 1096 Transmittal Forms.
