At Smart Business Products, we work extremely hard to provide our customers the absolute best combination of personalized service and excellent pricing. We know that one of the value-added services extremely important to our customers is our free next-day delivery. Our commitment is to deliver your orders placed as late as 4:30 pm - next day. In addition, we strive to fill your orders 100% complete.
Over the past year we have seen significant increases in the cost of fuel. We have done our best to absorb these costs, but as you can imagine, operating a fleet of deliver vehicles today can be an expensive proposition. We know how important free delivery is to you and want to let you know that we have no plans to discontinue this valuable benefit. However, due to these substantially higher costs associated with transportation, we are establishing a minimum order size requirement for free delivery.
Effective August 4th, orders less than $25 will still be delivered next day, but will incur a modest handling charge of $3. Orders $25 and higher will continue to be delivered free of charge next day. We regret the need to implement this change, but hope that you understand our goal is to continue providing a premier level of service supported by competitive pricing to all of our valued customers.
