If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for refund, exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.  Items MUST be in the original manufacturers' packaging.  Food, beverage and pharmaceutical products are not subject to return, except in case of our error.

Special Orders:

Custom-ordered items, custom imprinted items and some manufacturer direct items are made to your specific requirements and cannot be returned except in case of our error.  Please contact the customer service department for more information.
