Online Ordering Instructions

Following are some online ordering tips for our new system:

 

ENTER YOUR NEW ACCOUNT CODE AND PASSWORD TO LOGIN

Click “Place Order Here” tab to begin order

Adding an item(s), to an order:

1        Enter an item number in the item field. After you enter the complete or partial item number, the drop down arrow

      will be activated and will allow you to scroll to find the item, if required. The drop down feature will not work until

      you enter either a complete or partial item number in that field.

2        Enter a comment if needed in the comment field

3        Enter the quantity to order

4        Click on the Add button. This will add the item to the order.  Continue adding items until order complete.

Edit an Item:

Click on the item(s) description to change the quantity or add a comment. After the edit is complete click on the update button.

Delete an Item(s), from the order:

Choose the item(s) you would like to delete by checking the box that is to the right of the item(s). Then click on the delete button.

This will remove the item(s) from the order.

Parked Orders (Hold Orders):

To park an order, click on the park current order button

To get a parked order back:

1         Click on the Orders tab

2        Click on Open Orders

3        A list of all open orders will be displayed.

4        Click on the appropriate Order ID number

5        This will display the items on the order

6        Click on Open Existing Order

7        This will open the order in the Order Entry screen

8        At this time you can add or edit  items as needed and submit the order

To submit order:

  1. Click on the Place Order Now button
  2. You will be required to enter something in the PO field (i.e. your actual PO#, your name, or today’s date)
  3. Click either the Apply to My Account or Pay by Credit Card field and follow prompts

 

Please note:  Should you need to change your order once it has been submitted,

please call our customer service department before 4pm the same business day and changes can be made.
