Now you’re ready to place orders, and get your custom discount pricing.
Be sure to click the Hot Deals tab. The Hot Deals are available to On-Line orders only.
To Order Office Supplies, click the ORDER SUPPLIES tap at the top of the page.
Now you’re ready to add an item, and get your custom pricing.
Once that page opens, simply type in the item number from our catalog in the box marked ITEM, then hit the ENTER key on your keyboard. (There is no need to type in the 1st 3 letters of the item number).
*PLEASE NOTE: Some products share the same Item Number, when that happens, a box will pop up giving you the choice of items with that number. Simply click the correct item with your mouse to enter that product.
Next enter the QUANTITY of the item you want to order in the box under QTY, then hit the ENTER key on your keyboard. Repeat the above steps for each item you would like to order.
**NEW FEATURE**: Now you can add comments to your delivery ticket. Want to make a note on your invoice for who a particular item is for, or what department gets each item? Now make yourself a note in the comments box. **Please remember these comments are not read by King's, do not use this feature for communication with our office**
When you’re done entering the items you need, click the PROCEED TO CHECK OUT, button at the bottom of the page.
You can add your P.O.# or simply the name of the person who placed the order at the bottom of the CHECK OUT page.
Last, click the APPLY TO MY ACCOUNT button. That will send your order directly to our office for processing.

ü MY LIST: You can make your own personal shopping list of the items you buy most often. Next time you need to order these items you won’t have to spend time looking up the item numbers. You can add as many items to your “MY LIST” page as you’d like. There are two ways to add items to the MY LIST page.
1st, from the ORDER SUPPLIES page, you can place a check mark next to the items on your order by clicking the box to the right of those items. Then click the ADD TO box above your order (notice the window next to ADD TO should say MY LIST. This will add those items to you’re MY LISTpage, then simply go back to ORDER SUPPLIES to complete you order.
2nd, you can go directly to the MY LIST tab at the top of the page, then scroll down to the bottom. Click the tab marked ADD ITEMS TO LIST USING TEXT ENTRY. This will open up a page where you can type in as many items numbers as you would like. Once you have typed in those item numbers, click ADD ITEMS. (notice the window next to ADD ITEMS should say MY LIST.
ü “EASY REORDER: Every time you place an order on our website, those items will be saved under the “EASY REORDER” Tab. That way you can find the items you order most often with out digging out the catalog.
ü ORDERING FROM MY LIST, or EASY REORDER: You can click the tab at the top of the page for MY LIST, or EASY REORDER, Once on the page, you can place a check mark next to the items on your order by clicking the box to the far right of those items. Next enter the Quantity of items you would like to order in the QTY box. (the default Quantity is set to 1) Then click the ADD TO box above your list (notice the window next to ADD TO should say MY ORDER.
ü PARKING ORDERS: You may have a need to PARK an order so you can come back and add to it later. When you are in the ORDER SUPPLIES page, and you are finished adding the items you need for now, simply click the PARK CURRENT ORDER tab at the bottom of the page. This will SAVE your order, and make it available for the next time you return. When you return to the web site later, just click the ORDER SUPPLIES tab. You will see a box marked ORDER ID, under that will be your PARKED ORDER(S) They will all be listed as TEMP. followed by a number. Simply click the TEMP NUMBER you want to open. That will show you the order you have parked. Click OPEN EXISTING ORDER and continue to place your order as normal.
