Logging In

If you are an existing customer, logging in is easy! Just enter your account code and existing password and you can begin ordering right away!

You can start an order without logging into your account. When not logged on however, you will be considered a guest user and will not see your pricing. When you log in, the pricing for items already entered will be changed to your pricing.

 

                       

Starting An Order
Click the Orders tab.
  
                                                                                                                                 

 

Adding an Item
Enter an item in the item field. Push the enter key.  The drop down arrow will be activated and will allow you to scroll to find the item, if required.  Select the correct item and fill in the quantity field.  
Enter a comment if needed in the comment field.

Push Enter or Click on the Add button. This will add the item to the order.

 
 
 
 
Edit Item
Click on the item description.  The Edit Line appears at the bottom of the order.  Change the quantity or add a comment in the Edit line.  After the edit is complete click on the Update button.

Delete an Item(s), from the order
Choose the item you would like to delete by checking the box that is to the right of the
item. Then click on the delete button. This will remove the item from the order.

Parked Orders (Store Orders)
To park an order, click on the parked orders button.  After parking the order you can click the Create New Order button to start a new order.

To Get a Parked Order Back
1) Log in using Account Code and Password
2) Click on the Orders tab
3) Click on the Open Order at the top of the page under the tabs
4) A list of all open orders will be displayed.
5) Click on the appropriate Order ID number
6) This will display the items on the order
7) Click on Open Existing Order
8) This will open the order in the Order Entry screen
9) At this time you can make edits or send the order

Send Order
To complete an order click on the Send Order button.  In the next screen you must type your
Name or Purchase Order number in the PO/Authorization Code. Click  Apply to My Account. The
order will be displayed in a new window.  Click Printable Order and print your order.  Note that your
Tracking number is the Order number appearing on the top left area of the printed order copy.

Discard and Start New Order
This will discard the order that is on the screen and take you to a new order window.

My Items (Favorites) List
This is a list of items that are local to the delivery address (logon). There is no limit to how many items can be added to this list.  If you had a list in our old web ordering site, this list may appear in our new site.  If it does not you will have to recreate it.  Please print your list from the old web site or copy the part numbers (such as AVE2001).

Recent List
This is a listing of the last fifty (50) items ordered. This is specific for each log in.

How to set up a My Items (Favorites) list:
1) Logon
2 ) Click on the “My Lists” Tab
3 ) Click on words “Manage List” at the bottom left hand corner of the page
4 ) Click on “Create”
5 ) Choose to create my list by clicking the drop down box
6 ) Next type in the name you wish to give the new list
7 ) Click on “Save”
8 ) Click on “Quit”

You can add items to the My List (Favorites):
1 ) Through the order entry tab
2 ) Through search
3 ) Through Text Entry (easiest way if you have a list of part numbers)
4 ) Through machine matching

Adding Items to a List Using Order Entry Tab
1) Logon
2 ) Click on the “Order” tab
3 ) Enter the item(s) that you would like to order
4 ) Click on the box (at the right hand side of the page), this will place a check mark in the   box
5 ) Click on the drop down box (above the check mark), if it does not show “my list”
6 ) Select desired list
7 ) Click on Add To Cart (adds to order) or Add to Favorites (adds to Favorites).

Adding Items to Your List Using Text Entry

1 ) Click My Lists and Favorites List
2 ) Select list you want to add items to
3 ) Click Add Items To List Using Text Entry
4 ) Follow on screen directions

Search Feature, Use the Search Feature to Locate Items to Add to Your Order 
1) Logon
2 ) Click on the “Search” tab
3 ) Type in the Part Number, Prefix + Part Number or Keywords
4 ) Click on search
5 ) Click on the correct category
6 ) Click on the appropriate item
7 ) Put a quantity in the box to the right
8 ) Click on the drop down box above or below the quantity box
9 ) Select desired list
10) Click on Add To Cart (adds to order) or Add to Favorites (adds to Favorites).

 

Adding Item(s) to an Order from /My List
(Favorites)and Recent Items

1) Logon using account code and password
2 ) Click on the desired list
3 ) There is a quantity box and a select box on the right hand side
4 ) Enter a quantity on the correct line item(s)
5 ) Click on the select box, for items you wish to order.  This will place a check mark
      in the box.
6 ) Click on Add To and make sure that cart is showing as a selection.
7 ) Once added, there will be a message displayed at the top of the page “The Following 
      Items Were Added to Cart:”
8 ) Click the Orders tab and you will see the items added above.

Browse Feature
1) Logon
2 ) Click on the “Browse” tab
3 ) Click on the appropriate category to browse
4 ) Narrow the browse down until you get pictures of the item(s)


Machine Matching Feature

1) Logon
2) Click on the “Machine Matching” tab
3) Click on the appropriate category to browse
4) Narrow the machine matching down until you get pictures of the item(s)
