EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: ONLINE ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 4 PM TO POSSIBLY RECEIVE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. OUTSIDE OF GREENSBURG, DELIVERY IS TYPICALLY EVERY OTHER DAY.
EFFECTIVE 5-12-08: OUR MINIMUM ORDER IS $30 (before taxes) FOR FREE DELIVERY IN OUR NORMAL DELIVERY AREA. ORDERS UNDER $30 WILL BE HELD FOR DELIVERY UNTIL AN ADDITIONAL ORDER(S) ARE PLACED TOTALING $30 OR MORE.
EFFECTIVE 7-29-08: CUSTOMERS THAT ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR REGULAR DELIVERY AREA WILL HAVE A $100 (before taxes) MINIMUM ORDER FOR UPS SHIPPING. IF ORDER IS UNDER $100 THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING UPS SHIPPING FEE.
RETURN POLICY
Most items are returnable as long as they are in the original packaging with no writing on the package. They must be returned within 15 days of the original order. We can then reorder the correct item needed or issue a credit in that amount. Any special order items which include, but are not limited to, furniture, food, coffee & drinks, candy, first aid items and medicines are not returnable.
